I should have assumed this, but this cabinet is shipped unassembled. It is held together using those metal dowel fastener things that you often see on cheap bookcases. Once together, the piece is sturdy and very attractive. The wood veneers look wonderful and it has a first rate look and feel. The color is shown and described as walnut, when it is actually closer to mahogany. It states it is solid wood, but the sides and bottom are actually not, but they do look like solid wood. The Good: When properly put together, it'd be difficult to tell by sight that it isn't a $2000 piece of handcrafted cabinetry. It looks simply fantastic, and the tabletop has a nice solid feel to it unlike the PCB of the remainder of the construction. I find this stand minimalistically classy. I don't have a lot of room for my 42" widescreen TV so wanted a stand that was narrow on the bottom. All the parts fit together well and of good quality (design, fit, and installation). shelves design for double stacking components and all cables/cords run out the back and out of sight.Only issues I have are that there are not many lift points since the glass shelves are loose and the Bello logo is plastered over the front wood panel (cheapens the look on a non-cheap item).Personally I was hoping for a shorter design, but Bello seems to only make the tall "bedroom" style or the short style that is too wide ... I bought two of these chairs and it was the worst purchase I ever made. They are very uncomfortable. Compared to La-Z-Boy, you cannot sit in these chairs for a long period of time. There is very little padding. Once you find the hidden control and sit back in a reclined position, it is very difficult to return to the upright position. You really have to kick the foot rest hard or it will pop open again. The foot rest has such little padding that after about half an hour the backs of our feet ache. Instead of having a nice comfortable theater seat you can relax in, you are very achy from sitting on such a hard, uncomfortable chair. ... Bell'O either welded the wrong size bracket to the frame or included the wrong size support beams. They even placed the weld on the bracket inside of the bracket where the bar is supposed to go. The weld prevents the bar from setting flush against the frame. That's not all. The front wood part attached to the frame is poorly glued on and pops off the frame (not flush).This product likely didn't go through any type of quality assurance. The quality of it surprised me since it comes from a reputable brand.
