Unfortunately the item was sent by Amazon thru UPS which brought it to me smashed to bits inside of an open and damaged box. 85 pounds of shattered glass. I called Amazon right away and the service rep apologized profusely and immediately ordered a replacement promising the problem would not happen again. The next business day the replacement arrived, this time in an intact box but inside the stand was again in thousands of glass shards. Amazon processed a refund to my account within 6 hours. However, it was left to us to dispose of the broken box (huge) and the glass 85 pounds x 2 now. Once the box is opened it is impossible to seal ...
